Progress on Two Nottingham Student Accommodation Projects

We are excited to announce the successful completion and hand over of the Florence Boot Hall student accommodation project with Clegg Construction. This project sees the full refurbishment of the University of Nottingham’s historically significant 1920s-constructed building, Florence Boot Hall, with the refreshed space providing 200 bedrooms. The project was Highly Commended in East Midlands Energy Efficiency Awards 2023.

This marks our 7th collaboration with the University of Nottingham and the 15th we’ve undertaken for Nottingham’s two prestigious universities in recent years. Our long-standing partnership with the University of Nottingham and Clegg Construction is a testament to both our sector expertise and our commitment to delivering excellence.

Working in collaboration with Bowmer & Kirkland Group, we’re also progressing the Island Quarter student accommodation project at an impressive pace. Morecrofts are providing electrical services to over 700 bedrooms and ancillary areas in a fast-track manner as part of this ambitious scheme.

These two projects highlight our unrivalled expertise in providing complete design and installation of electrical services to a range of student accommodation projects. Through our longstanding collaborations with clients and esteemed universities, we look forward to creating more modern and comfortable living spaces for students to enjoy.
